I've rediscovered Trey Songz. I was a such a fan of his since his Gotta Make It days through Trey Day. I don't know how I ventured from him, but it had been like two years since I've really listened to anything by him. When I was at DSU, he came and preformed for free... I was asleep. >_> Now I regret it terribly. He was just five miles from where I live on V-Day and found out just two days ago! ;_____; I did nothing that daaay. FFFUUU!!

Anyways, his new album is niiiiice. Dude came out with two mixtapes! TWO! Boat loads of Trey's music I haven't heard? YES! Unf. UNF. UUNNFF! That song he has? You Belong To Me? Eargasm. It still baffles me though how his Wonder Woman single was not popular. =/ Song's amazing. It still gives me goosebumps.

Raheem DeVaughn's album just came out, too. B.O.B. is pure UNF! Love this man.

Besides all that, today (or last night since it's 2 in the morn) I've started my first day of aerobics. I almost diiied! D= My stomach was doing weird things to me after my sucky attempts of crunches. Maybe that meant it was working. If that's what it was, I'm ready for Monday! I'm pumped! #fistpump

My fiction? I'm still working on it. I'm just. . . stumped? Hmm. I've been reading up a lot on fiction writing. I learned so much and I'm now ashamed of my work. D= Apparently, adverbs = The big no no. And all that stuff I learned in high school was crap. >_>

I have a new psychiatrist. He doubled up on my meds... again. It might be a long while before I train for the Nat'l Guard Reserve. Sigh. Oh, well... I have a lot of weight to lose. Fat Simba is still fat.

If you didn't know, I'm currently writing BSSMSC/Reapingstars, one of my many projects revolving around Sailormoon. Yay, me. It's been years since I've said I was rewriting it. The first part of Reapingstars is up on dA, but in a few days I'm going to take it down to rewrite it. It's only a draft, anyway.

Oh, and I'm also working on an MJ fanfic, The Summer of 1976, over on the KOP Discussion board. It's a little... dirty? lulz. I toss that word around a lot when it comes to that story. I really enjoy writing it. The responses I'm getting keeps me fueled as well. And there's this other fic I was working on; The Sitter. I'm planning on continuing it after I remember what I was writing about. lulz.

I've been listening to a lot of funk, especially Prince and the Time, lately and I've been in such a mellow mood. It helps me a lot with writing. OMG! I've been addicted to The Time's "777-9311". Gaaaaw. I made it my new ring tone. =D

School's butt. This is all.

Oh, yeaaaah. I'm planning to join the Nat'l Guard (reserve, since I don't want to stay in Jersey for the rest of my days), but I must wait six months because of medication. I must stop taking them. I guess I'm doing ok so far. It's been a two weeks by now. I'm not really feeling any changes. I also must lose a LOT of weight. Fat Simba is fat. D=

lulz. so i should not be updating right at this moment as i am supposed to get ready for class. i just find this little bugger of a blog just this morning. i'm just letting you know that my life is not full of fail as of now. i've been snowed in for a bit, almost caught cabin fever and all. i rediscovered twitter so you'll find my musings there. i will update more often. i swear this time. <3

So, like I haven't been active here in a few months. Why? Well, my laptop is broken. Went to therapy (should be getting ready to go now) for depression & stuff. Not much to say but, I have taken a semester off from school. Yaaay... going back next month (booo). Taking the few classes I failed. Good news is, there MIGHT be a chance for me to go back to Del State for Fall. Yaaaaaay!! =D . . . did I talk about this already? I don't remember. So, anyways there's tons of new art from me on dA... maybe not tons, but there is new art up. =) Um... should be getting ready now for group, though. I promise there will be another entry up tonight!

MJ - 1958 to Forever

Hmm... Yeah, I'm two weeks late and it's been a long while, but I've been keeping to myself lately. I've been thinking what I should do with my life... I've been applying for jobs and I have a couple of interviews coming up (wish me luck). I've been doing a lot of artwork lately for my upcoming fanfiction and trying to complete my outlines... but that all came to a stop two weeks ago today. When MJ passed, I felt a piece of me went missing. I was lost... For the past two weeks, I've been listening to his music and watching videos on YouTube (just like the rest of the world), falling in love once again. When I was a little girl, I was obsessed. I would have stalked him and forced him into marriage if only I was born earlier. He's the main reason why I'm a music lover today. He was purely magic to me. He had a pure heart... too pure for the world to understand. I wish I had met him... but, in my heart somewhere, I feel he's still here. That makes me smile...

That's my most fave song by the way... & I'm still making graphics in tribute because I'm not satisfied... I won't stop until it's my best work. And here's a few animations I've done:
